High‐frequency square‐wave voltage injection position sensorless control method using single current sensor

چکیده
High-frequency (HF) square-wave voltage injection position sensorless control method for interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is widely utilised in zero and low speed range due to its good dynamic performance easy implementation. However, this relies on the sampling accuracy of current sensors rotor estimation. To overcome restriction, an HF IPMSM using a single sensor (SCS) proposed. Firstly, impact errors analysed, it concluded that scaling will cause estimated oscillate at twice fundamental frequency. Based conclusion, phase currents reconstruction technology with SCS adopted avoid reconstruct containing component, PWM cycle divided into two parts, stage stage. By way, can be avoided. Then, estimation realised. The experiments are performed 20-kW platform results verify effectiveness proposed method.
